Here are a couple things look forward to while working at Coaster Coffee:
1. We are driven by love for our community and customer service is our #1 priority.
2. We operate as a team, therefore we require that you have full availability. This means you will not work only morning shifts, only nights shifts or only weekends. It does mean that on occasion you may be scheduled for a shift that is not considered your normal schedule.
3. We are looking for employees who have availability of more than 15 hrs/wk and expect to be in our area for more than six months. This gives us the opportunity to learn and grow with you while you are employed at Coaster.
